Hello everyone! New here so sorry if I am breaking any rules. In recent months I’ve noticed my betting options being limited on the DraftKings Sportsbook app. I can do some basic player props for the NFL such as alternate passing yards, alternate receiving yard etc, but those options are way more limited than they were when I began betting a year ago. For college football the app no longer allows me to place any player prop bets. I’ll check out the USC game to place a prop bet on QB Caleb Williams, but no option is there. My brother will screenshot his options and send it to me and he has all sorts of options for Caleb Williams….and basically every other player.

I’ve reached out to DK support 3 times and all 3 representatives have basically told me that either my app isn’t updated, or I’m not connected to my wifi. Both are false and not very hard to trouble shoot.

Has anyone had this issue? It’s a pretty negligible restriction. Removes the gun from betting and really limits my chances to cash in on a parlay since all I can do are spreads, money lines etc.

What on earth is going on with this?
