Any idea why my cousin gets boosted odds and I don't?

So my cousin and I live in Pa and literally next door to each other. He just sent me boosted odds for J. Hurts to get 1 completion for 100 odds. But I don't have it. Second time in less than a week I didn't get the booster idea he gets.
