help me choose two: Ulloa, Sakho, or Ballotelli

I currently have Ulloa and Ballo, Thinking of ditching ballotelli for Sahko, as it seems like he's going to poach a decent amount of points, and Ballotelli has yet to really produce.

Also I could really use some help with defense (though I think everyone got shafted this week). I have Lovren, Moreno (ugh Liverpool defense), Mangala, Clyne, and Chambers for the injured Debuchy. Any gems you can think of in Mid/lower table teams that I've overlooked that maybe I can pick up on free transfer? Any help would be appreciated.
