Looking for advice for where I can improve my team

Overall very happy with the team but looking for opinions as to where I can improve. Personally I think Iām a little light up front. Also not convinced by Gordon but people I speak to seem to rate him. Is he really worth it? Where should I look to improve/who could I drop/trade?
