Psoriasis MUCH worse after HRT

I've been on HRT for over two years. My scalp psoriasis has all but cleared up until I started HRT. Now, it's at the worst it's ever been.
For those who have to deal with this, what did you do to counter it? I'm at the point of stopping HRT altogether.
E 2mg oral 1x/day, P 100mg oral 1x/day, Spiro 100mg 1x/day, Aspirin 81mg 4x/week
