Heightened bilirubin, ferritin and white blood cells
Post Body

GenderGP is having issues replying/caring it seems, so I'm asking here.

My bilirubin (14 μmol/L) 3 months into hrt was lower than my pre hrt value (15 μmol/L). It has spiked to 24 μmol/L 4,5 months after my last test. Halving my dose (from 50mg every 2 days to 25mg every 2 days) till I know what to do. Gilbert's syndrome maybe? My other liver values are unaffected.

Better to switch off of bica, or see how it goes with half the dosage?

My ferritin was 384 ng/mL, but I have no previous measurements.

White blood cell count jumped from 7.4, 8.6 and now 13.0x109/L, but I've read a raised WBC isn't uncommon for transwomen?

Thank you
