What is the impact of estrone sulfate level TWELVE times higher than normal levels

I will start off this post by saying that:
- My HRT doctor and I have an appointment scheduled
- I have cut the estradiol injection and oral estradiol dramatically immediately after getting the lab results.
My question is
What are the impacts of having a estrone sulfate level at 62000. Yes SIXTY TWO THOUSAND. For reference, according to the lab reports the highest normal level estrone sulfate is 5000
This is the first time we have tested for estrone sulfate so I don’t know how long it has been so high
