Should I Read The Manga?

I’ve watched the anime adaption and I’m really looking for s2, but I’m also super curious about the rest of the story. Is it worth it to wait for the anime to come out? Is the anime much different from the manga (of what’s been adapted so far)? I’d really like some opinions haha.
