Question: Anyone had problems getting refunds?

I spent nearly 200$ on cyber Monday on bundles as gifts for people in my family. That was nearly a month ago and still haven’t received notification that my order was shipped... I read on their website that cancellations must be made within 30 mins.. anyone had problems with refunds past the 30 min mark?
