Cant tell if I ordered wrong size, please help

I wanted to order some as I've wanted to try boots for awhile and with my old shoes falling apart and my others causing blisters from being too big I thought I'd try some 1 size down from the ones that cause blisters but they don't seem to sit right I'm not sure if I got the right size.
