BEE and the black elite

Does affirmative action work.... to some extent yes... However we now are seeing a privileged group of black elites that have emerged and are constantly getting re advantaged by the system. This creates a lovely group of black elite that can maintain and expand their wealth while majority of black people in South Africa remain poor and destitute.

I work with youth and was surprised that many felt the same. There is no faith thin the system that values race over economics. I don't see it lasting another 10 years. Thoughts ?
