What if Valve hired multiple different older men who sounded at least close to how his voice sounded to do all of PL's voicelines? With proper distortion they could be made to sound pretty similar. It would be within the flavor of the hero because his illusions would be speaking saying the voicelines etc. And of course, the hero would be covered indefinitely for voicelines in the case that anything were to happen to a voice actor because PL's voice could just keep evolving (as new illusions come and go from the hero).

Now that I think about it this could also be the case for CK if needed.
