Immortals from TI8's battle pass suddenly became untradable and unmarketable.

Am I the only one who is having this issue?, most of my immortal duplicates from TI8's battle pass have suddenly changed from being trade-locked until September 1st, 2019 to being "Untradable and unmarketable".
Steam support says it's a bug that they can't fix :(
