[BUG] Dota 2 In game Inventory/Armory Items not showing up

Since I recycled an immortal for battlepass levels earlier this week my in game armory is telling me I have no items. I can still see my inventory in steam though. Any idea on how to fix?
Verifying game files didn't work.
Full reinstall also did not work.
