The Word Noob Is Offensive

Since the begging of online play, the word Noob has been used to discriminate against people new to the game. It is offensive and valve should step up and lifetime ban people for using it.
Last week I saw a team called My Nooba and had pictures of RTZ. My feelings have never been so hurt.
