Can we have the option to remove the MEEP MEEP sound every time this appears?

Every time someone dies or an ally gets a kill there's a sound effect to accompany the notification on the right.
It's very annoying. Can we have the option to disable this? Similar to the option to disable the sound when someone sends a text message?
