Having massive FPS drop with GTX 750 Ti

This is my spec : Intel [email protected] Geforce GTX 750 Ti 8GB RAM 1366x768,60Hz Dota used to run smoothly on highest settings,but now I barely have 30fps... Edit:I tried lowering settings and borderless windowed,nothing works. Edit2:I'm using Windows 7
