Sad Thing about CM Arcana

Cons of releasing the CM Arcana:
CM mains (like me) who don't have the Arcana will be flamed
Pubs will be flooded with CM's who don't know how to ward/won't buy wards
Pubs will soon be full of CM's maxing Q/E and going mid trying to nuke down enemies
Actual CM players who are trying to be helpful won't be able to lock in CM
