I don't understand what I'm doing wrong.

I lose every game I play. I play support, I help get kills early, I get wards, I watch guides, I have a mic and listen to my teammates, I try not to rage, I have 736 hours played, 200 games and I STILL GET FUCKED I feel like I'm no better off then if i just picked up the game, I went 3-16 in the last game as Omni, AS FUCKING OMNI and that was a counterpick to a heavily magic team. I don't get what more i need to do.
