Final size should be ~5GB, as the replays are averaging about 100MB per demo.
As always, files go into
%STEAMFOLDER%\steamapps\common\dota 2 beta\dota\replays.
Since it seems like the downloaded tab is broken, use the console command
playdemo replays\<path to .dem file>
EDIT: Seems like Dota doesn't like playing demos with salt at the end if you use the replay interface. Remove the portion after the _ if you want to use the interface, I will be doing this for the upcoming days. In the mean time, just use the playdemo command.
Replay IDs can be found at this spreadsheet.
