How to Prevent Posture like a Lifestealer/Ghoul

Post Body

I know this post isn't a classic DOTA2 post, but I wanted to share it with you.

I enjoy gaming and that means basically a lot of sitting hours per day, week and so on. (and sometimes stress when feeding)

Since the Lifestealer has the worst upper body posture in the DOTA (correct me if I am wrong ^^) I want to help everyone here to understand the importance of posture & exercise with the help of this OP hero.

The Lifestealer posture:

Forward head posture means a head is protruding forward. That puts a bit of tension in the upper neck and in the muscles that go from the shoulder blades and up to the base of a skull.

Rounded Shoulders posture leads to weak mid back and reduced upper back movements like rotation or extension.

Test For Rounded Shoulders And Forward Head Posture

Stand by a wall. Let someone take a picture of you. Analyze the picture. Head should be in contact with a wall. Shoulder should be in line with the ear.

Let me show you some exercises you can do to avoid LF posture:

The neck stretch. Hold 30s.

Wall Stretch for Lats. Hold 30s.

Back Rotation. 3x20

Chest stretch. Hold for 30s.

These exercises will help your body endure even more hours in a sitting position.

That means more hours playing DOTA 2 like a champ.
