Is Valve not going to address the fact that their matchmaking/servers didn't work for the last day of the Battlepass? Game was literally unplayable.

Had multiple hour long queues. How is this acceptable?
The expected behavior would be to apologize for the matchmaking problem, fix the problem and extend the Battlepass duration by the time it took to fix it rounded to the next day.
