Just came across this sub and made me remember what dorito I miss the most.

Oh, absolutely. That's a big part of it. I wonder if more of it had to do with them not using the cans and using bags? The chips would probably need to be thicker to survive transport.

I don't care, though. I will give a company an environmental disaster pass to give me them delicious little bastards in their original form! lol

Not to mention... the ones that "came back" were absolutely NOT the ones from the picture. At best, they used the same flavors. The chips were completely different. Way harder and more crunchy. Hated the reboot version.

Edit: Don't get me wrong. I bought every flavor and tried them all. Only finished a single bag out of like four. :(
