How to Set up T.C. Baritone (With Transposing Score)

Every time I set up Baritones, they default to Bass Clef, but I have some students who learned to only read Treble. If I change the clef to Treble using "Shift C : Treble" It changes the clef sure enough, but it still reads in C, and not Bb like T.C. Baritone does.
I know I could just type it in as a trumpet and give it to him like this, but I'd so much rather be able to set it up exactly so that I can make professional scores for myself and my coworkers.
