And it's awesome! I'm 30 and I've always heard about DOOM ever since I was young, but always wrote it off as a generic shooter. I was also intimated by the fast shooting and head-spinning movement. Since I have game pass, and wanted a quick, fun game to play through, I gave DOOM 2016 a chance, and I don't regret it one bit! The funny thing is that DOOM is actually a stereotypical shooter, but it does it SO WELL. The story isn't as strong as say, Wolfenstein, but it doesn't need to be because the gameplay is some of the best first person shooting ever.

When the music kicks in, and obloterating mobs of demons with a wicked grin on my face... no game has made me feel that powerful and badass. I'm officially a DOOM fan and look forward to Eternal!!
