Post Body

Our schedule drops in the early hours of Sunday morning, when most of us, even closing shift, are asleep. So really, no one will see it until they wake Sunday morning. The schedule runs Monday through Sunday.

I find it so difficult to enjoy any free time I may have over the weekend. Friday night to Sunday morning feels like I'm just running head first toward a cliff. It makes it so difficult to make plans in advance without constantly putting in schedule requests. I did have a more predictable schedule once upon a time, but with staffing being what it is these days, my shifts and days off are rarely consistent.

Why can't we get schedules two weeks in advance? Why would that be too complicated?
