Log into your profile at Dominos.com or the app. Click on the three lines in the upper left corner. Select "Pizza Profile". Scroll down to "Profile Settings". Select "view/edit" in the lower right corner. Enter your correct address and telephone number.
If you place a delivery order online with incorrect information on your profile then your order may be routed to a store that does not actually serve your real address. Your order will be made and a driver will be sent to the address on the order. Once they realize that you are not at that address, they will have to cancel the order, and you will have to wait for your bank to return any pre-payment to your bank account. If you place a delivery order online with an incorrect phone number then the delivery driver will not be able to communicate with you if they have difficulty locating your address. Just because one delivery driver found you with no problem does not mean that a future delivery driver won't need to contact you. If they do not have a good number for you then your order will be returned to the store and canceled as not deliverable.
Drivers are not wasting their time and fuel to go out of their way to not deliver your order just to frustrate you, I promise. But please help them out by ensuring that your address and phone number are correct.
