I was hoping you guys could help me since the customer service at Nexon are being a bunch of jerks. I was apparently banned for a week for what they called building exploits and structure exploits. I have no idea what this means and I tried to get some clarification with no help at all. I’m actually quite surprised with the quality of the support team, arn’t we the customer! Either way, if anyone knows what these exploits are and how I can avoid them in the future that would be great. All I am currently doing is upgrading traps and I have a few guys in my university! I’m level 290 SA. Been playing for 5 years so I’m a bit confused as to why the support team can’t answer this question! Cheers!
