I had a great situation today with my submissive (wife). For background we are in a 24/7 tpe and have been for about 15 months. It has been one hell of a learning curve foe me as the Dom as I have had to change my attitude to alot of situations (in a good way)

One rule we have is she is not allowed to wear a bra when at home unless she has asked for permission. When I went out she had put her bra on and she wanted to cock on cleaning the house and felt more comfortable with one on. I pointed out hwr transgression as she already had it on and had not asked for permission. I warned her that this should result in a punishment but I would let this one go as long as it came straight odd once she had finished cleaning.

Anyway, today I get home after visiting some of my family for a few hours and I notice her bra is on. I leave it a moment but start my stop watch. She greets me correctly and we have a catch up etc. After 15 mins I point out her mistake. She does remove her bra in record time and exposed her breasts to me for viewing but it is too late.

I take her to our bedroom and inform her she is to be punished. She was not happy and tired to explain her way out if it.

But I was not up for giving any more forgiveness. I instruct her to strip off her top and put her hands behind her back. She does this with surprising willingness even though she knows what happens next. I then get out the nipple clamps the ones that really hurt and camp harder if pulled. I put then on her nipples and attached them to some rope. The rope then goes up to a ring in the celing and back down to tied wrists.

No she is really protesting and not happy at all. I remind her punishments are not to be enjoyed. If she relaxes her arms behind her back this pulls further on ther nipples and they are already really sore. She tries every thing to reduce the pain including getting on her tip toes to see if that help.

I can see she is really struggling but statute that this will last for 3 mins 1 min for each 5 mins I noticed her mistake.

Once the time is over I release the clamps which cause her more pain and I have to say I did enjoy that bit and she then stomped off in a right huff.

I leave her to it so she can process the events.

Here is where I full confirmation that her training is going well. She comes to me while I am in our office and bring me a drink. She sits next to me and apologies for not taking the punishment well. She also states she is sorry for her transgression and thay she will work on taking punishments better.

I would say thay is great progress and shows her level of commitment to our lifestyle and me.
