Paper Mario Disappearing crowd and messed up airplane

I tried a new shader setting on paper Mario ttyd for chapter 3 since everything was crazy slow especially in battle. Now that I did everything runs better it’s just that now the crowds disappear and the random silhouette of Mario is there in load screens And the airplane animation. I switched from default setting to hybrid shader so it won’t be painfully slow is there anyway to fix this?
