If you got a dollar for every time someone has said "I guess it's the $1.25 tree now" since the price change, what could you buy?

i could probably pay off my student loan debt, buy a car, and buy a house. maybe even have enough left to set aside for a college fund for any kids i might have

I usually tell them the company has never been THE dollar tree just dollar tree fun fact us currency weather it's $1 $5 $20 is all dollars. Watching the smiles fade from thier face gives me so much joy.
