Overtime is being forced constantly at the warehouse and it's not even Christmas yet. One of the reasons is we created a new picking zone dedicated to just seasonal things and first on the list is wrapping paper and Christmas trees. They are picking dozens of carts of nothing but wrapping paper that y'all probably will not get stocked on shelves until another 30-45 days from now. How wrong am I on that timeline?
Because so much is being stuffed in the backrooms of stores and not emptied to return to the warehouse we're having a shortage of rolltainers and the ones we do have 80% need scrapped but they refuse to do that so my sincerest apologies for the broken wheels, broken welds, and zip ties motherfucking everywhere trying to get these things together, but we're doing the best we can because pickers are timed and we just have to make do with what we get because I can't spend 15 minutes sorting thru the garbage that cyclers are supposed to be doing for us and they just sit on their fat senior citizen asses. We're supposed to be requesting RTs from other warehouses this problem is getting so bad, which I gonna put a hurt on their production too ðŸ˜
