Ad night?

So, I'm a FT LSA at my store. Like the job, the people make/break it, not why I'm here lol
I think the hardest night of my work week has to be Ad night. How do y'all get Ad done so quick. On a good night, it can take me about 2.5-3 hrs to complete. I know it can be done quicker. What are some ways you have been able to get it done more efficiently?
