About a week and a half ago, a dude came in and bought a $350 vanilla visa. It isnt working anywhere for him, when i tried to use the website for them it said the card didnt exist.

I have tried calling incomm fraud several times, and everytime i call theyre "busy" and im on hold for an hour and then hung up on.

I tried cash audit. Hold for 15 minutes, told me to leave a message.

This dude is coming in several times a day to get his money, and its getting very annoying. I understand his fruatration as hes out $355, but theres absolutely nothing we can do about it if nobody answers their fucking support line. Anyone have any clues at all???
