So one of the Japanese youtuber posted a video of Caulifla with Dodge x15 from the potential system, so I decided to keep track of just how much she was dodging in that video. In the video Caulifla dodged 17/28 normal attack, dodged 2/6 SA, and countered 2/6 SA. So that roughly translates to 60% dodge for regular attack and 66% to either dodge/counter for SA. I know this is a pretty small sample size, but that's not that far off from what we know about "high chance" for passives and the dodge rate from potential system.
