Dog breaking into neighbors house to play?

Post Body

So i live in a triplex with two other neighbors. The shelter told me my newly adopted Anatolian shepherd mix might not be good with other dogs. Turns out heโ€™s just very excitable and likes to lunge at dogs when heโ€™s on a leash. My neighbors and i experimented and let our dogs off their leashes in our common space to play and they got along great.

This has caused a problem. He whines by their door when their dog isnโ€™t around. I can no longer let him off his leash in the common area to poop because he jumps on their door and actually breaks the door open, letting their dog out. Iโ€™m not sure how to solve this problem. He will occasionally poop while on our walks. But i want him to be able to run around in the yard without worrying about him breaking into their house ๐Ÿ˜… can anyone give me some tips?
