Stopping dog from attempting to roughhouse with me on couch?

Two year old Border Collie Mix adopted about two weeks ago from the shelter is attempting to roughhouse with me on the couch and I’m not sure how to correct the behavior 😔 She’ll hop up on the couch, start licking my face, then start mouthing me and pawing at my whole body for attention while acting super hyper.
So far I’ve just been getting off the couch and disengaging from her every time this happens. Any other suggestions?
