I have had an issue with one of the dogs who live in the apartment complex. I've rented a small apartment which is on the ground floor with a view towards the garage space behind the big building. An old woman with her 20-30 year old daughter bring their dog almost every day to the garage space and let it off leash. In the beginning I didn't have a problem with it but soon, I learned that the dog was aggressive. It's a small white German Spitz who always barks and charges at everything and everybody. That includes cats, people and any other animal that comes its way. The dog has charged at my feet multiple times and is obviously highly aggressive. The old woman who owns him does not do anything about it except to say "Noo, Prince, NO" from a distance while the dog is allowed to do whatever it pleases off leash. Could you imagine if the dog decided to bite me and all that woman would do is just say: "Noo, Prince, NO" from 30 meters away?! I have been bitten by a dog before that the owners reassured me was not going to bite me, so I do not take chances with dogs who bark and charge at someone's feet for no reason. Soon it became impossible for me to go out of my apartment and do my business when these two women decide to bring their dog there. The dog sh*ts and p**s and they sometimes forget to clean up after it. A few weeks after I had hired the apartment, the daughter brought her dog and let it roam free while she was talking on the phone to someone, again at a huge distance from her dog. After I made sure that both of them were gone, I went to take out the trash and saw a turd on my porch. I became infuriated and decided to do something about it so I attached a note to the front door of the building which said: "Please don't take your dog to sh*t and p*ss here - it can do that at the dog park" The old woman had found the note but had decided to side with her dog and continued taking her dog here, making it impossible for me to do my business and freely come out of my apartment whenever I need to. I wrote to the local municipality but my pleads were ignored and nothing was done about it. I cannot understand why they take this dog here when only on a 5-minute walk from here there's a dog park specifically decided to: you guessed it - DOGS. It boils my blood.

Today, a year later, the woman took her aggressive dog here yet again, this time she brought another old nut case with her to gossip with. The other old nut case came a bit later and the dog started barking and charging at her. She was like: "Ooh, look at how he's greeting me" They sat down and started talking about the apartments and who had rented what and they (of course) discussed my apartment. The old woman who owns the spoiled dog couldn't help but mention the note I had left saying: "... and it said that they sh*t and p*ss here and they said that it's MY DOG" and she made sure to increase the volume of her voice so that I can hear her.

I personally did not find an issue with the note, I thought it was justified to leave it since they weren't always cleaning up after it. So, here I am with a plea to all the fellow redditers who, like me, dislike spoiled aggressive dogs. I am asking you for help: what in God's name can I do? I have to mention that I bought one of those sonic repellers and it did not do ANYTHING to solve the problem. So, please if you have an idea it would be greatly appreciated.
