Post Body
Hi everyone, i didnt see this thread posted recently so -
i am wondering if anyone has any experience with deterring dogs from watering their lawn? i have a tree in front of my house near the street that has become a hot spot for dog markings. Ideally i would prefer to not have to resort to using a sign, i think they are kind of ugly.
two strategies i have been thinking of:
- spraying down the area with vinegar. from what i understand, dogs hate this scent. the downside - im not sure how long the scent lasts. i really wouldnt want to have to do this every day
- some kind of sensor based automatic dog whistler. something i can just set and forget that will annoy dogs but not people. unfortunately many of the products similar to this on amazon have questionable reviews
does anyone have any experience with these - especially the second one? or maybe some alternative ideas
thanks!
