Like many of you I to believe in holding dog ushers accountable for what their dogs do. I also contend that pit bulls are monsters. And to own one a person should probably be qualified/ certified. However as an American whose not the biggest supporter of the police or the federal government I have issues with all “ police databases” and I loathe the idea of the state making the lives of people harder. Even if those people are dog butters. I’m aware this sub is not predominantly American and that in the UK and other countries have different relationships with the police. So I’d love to discuss some other ways we can achieve our ends without relying on a government
