Getting all zeros when trying to mine with cgminer (A:0 R:0 HW:0 WU:0.0/m)

I'm trying to mine with my Nvidia GeForce 9800m gs using cgminer 3.7.2 (the last version that supports GPUs). I recently reinstalled Windows 7 on my laptop, so I got the "cannot find opencl.dll error" when I first tried to use cgminer. I went to Nvidia's site and downloaded the 314.07 driver package and installed it. Cgminer seems like it starts up and runs now, but no info ever loads to the right of the word "GPU" - there's just a big blank area - and the numbers for A, R, HW, and VU always stay at zero.
