Okay, found the solution to the PoW/PoS/Algo discussion.
Here's how it works: Everytime you send a transaction you have to attach something you think is funny. Text, image, video whatever. Only if a certain amount of other users find it funny too, your transaction will get confirmed into a block.
You see? That's the best incentive to mine! What's better than looking at funny pictures all day while securing our network?
