Hi there,
We’ve always been consistent about not letting our 1 year old golden retriever sleep in the bed with us. She was content to be in the room with us and sleep on the ground, which was perfect for us.
However, since being spayed, she’s started coming up to us with our toy and whining a lot, and after day 4 now demand whines to be in the bed with us. We’ve caved because we think she’s in pain (she’s been extra needy, grinding her teeth and whining for no reason outside of bed time as well).
Has anyone had experience with this kind of regression? Any hope for us getting our bed back after she recovers?
