My 9 year old Goldendoodle, Ginger, is being put down tomorrow. What can I do to help her and help deal with after?

I am 17, I’ve known this dog longer than most of my friends, and I’m having a hard time with this. Any help or advice would be nice, thanks.

If possible, can you administer the medication to put her down at home instead of making her go to the vet? My dog gets stressed at the vet and he’s 16. We asked our vet and she said she can give me the medicine to give him for euthanasia at home so he goes comfortably at home. I’m sorry for your loss. Ginger looks like the best girl ever!
