Thinking of adoption a puppy

Post Body

Hi! I have three female adult cats, and I’m thinking of adoption a puppy. I definitely have the space for it, but two of my cats are over 6 years old and they didn’t like the younger cat (2 years old) much when I first brought her. I fear they might not like a new addition to the family.

I currently live alone but a friend is moving in with me soon, hence we’re thinking of getting a dog, ideally a small one.

Any tips on how to go about this? I’ve never had a dog before, I’m not sure what things I can do to make sure the puppy feels comfortable around cats. If they grow up around them, will they like them?

Any advice connected to the cat problem or related to general information about puppies would be appreciated!
