Does someone know what this is?

I rescued my dog back in 2021 from the shelter. Ever since brought him home he had this little pink spot on his paw. I have been looking at it recently and starting to look like more red and maybe it’s growing? I’m not sure about the growing part but it’s definitely more red than before.
Does anyone know what this is? Or am just worrying for no reason?
