Puppy with lumps under eye

Hi does anyone have any idea what these lumps might be? My poor puppy is going through her first heat and seems to be struggling in general. She threw up this morning and hasn’t eaten since. She’s very low energy and just been laying in the garden all day. I finally got her inside and noticed these lumps under her eye. Does anyone have any information? It’s Sunday I’d prefer to wait till tomorrow to take her to the vet. Thanks
