Weird poop texture (warning poop photo).

7 days ago I added a puppy wet food to the kibbles of my 3 month old puppy. From time to time he is eating watermelon as a snack. An hour ago he pooped this jelly like poop. I'm not sure if this is because his diet or if something is wrong with him. Has this happened to anyone's dog or does anyone know what causes this? Should I call my vet now?
