My dog ate some of this toy. Is he gonna be okay?

Usually my dog is really good at spitting stuff out when he chews on his toys but I cannot find this missing piece spit out, so Iām worried he ate it. Itās made from āreal leather and natural fabricā. Cause for concern? Heās 88lbs
