Blood speck in dog's poop.

Post Body

Hi everyone,

Note 1: pics of dod poop. Please view at your own discretion. Note 2: I got a vet appointment for tomorrow morning and he's due for a deworming next week

Dog is a 4.5 yr old golden retriever.

I found specks of blood in my dog's poop which was mushy-er than usual. No moving white specks (remember from general advice given by my vet to check for worms). Dogs also doing fine and playing around, no change in him at all!

He did eat a dehydrated chicken foot this morning, and I'm worried the bones in that might've caused this. Is this an emergency care situation? Or just a delayed deworming issue? Or anything else at all?

Please help!
